The last time I was hiking on a mountain I was very warm and humid, hard top, then cool off very quickly and very cold air is very cold.

I wore a cotton shirt and a sweater, but not my raincoat.

Can anyone advise me what they wear, to reduce transpiration, but hot in glasses?
